Tour Cancellation & Medcial Policy

We strongly recommend you consider purchasing trip cancellation (including medical emergency and medivac) insurance to cover your investment in case of injury
or illness to you or your family prior to or during a trip. Because we must remit early (and substantial) tour deposits to our suppliers, we cannot offer a refund when a cancellation occurs within 90 days of travel. Please note that the deposit is refundable up to 120 days before travel less a 10% handling fee. Full payment is due 120 days before travel. 50% of the tour cost is refundable between 117 and 90 days before date of departure. Thereafter all deposits and payments are not refundable unless we have to withdraw the tour.

NB. In the case of a tour cancellation being caused by covid restrictions we will refund all monies paid with the exception of that which we have paid out on your behalf (e.g: flights). We will make every attempt to get this back for you, but we will be at the mercy of the supplier. We will be happy to provide documents necessary for insurance claims if necessary.
