Birding became a passion when Isabelle was studying at university. As nature conservation is her major field of interest, she received her PhD in land management and nature conservation in 2010. Isabelle has been birding in New Caledonia for 20 years and started guiding tours in 2015.

With a good hearing and the ability to whistle like birds, Isabelle loves sharing the beauty of New Caledonian bird to visitors and speaks English, German and of course, French.
